1. About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. Project work is covered separately by the statement of work you sign with us; if the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.

2. Using the site

• Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site
• Don't copy content from it for commercial use without asking
• Information here is general and may change without notice

3. Projects and payment

Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed fee. Invoices are due within fourteen days unless your agreement says otherwise. Work pauses if payment is more than thirty days late.

4. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the code, documentation and configuration we built for you. We may reuse general know-how and our own internal tooling on other projects.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your data, processes and plans as confidential and only use them to deliver the work. We'll ask before naming you as a client or writing a case study.

6. Liability

We build carefully and test before launch, but software can fail. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.

7. Ending an engagement

Either side can end a project with fourteen days' written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point and receive everything built so far.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
